30-Day WindowStart any return within 30 days of receiving your item.

Shipping Information

  • Some items may be temporarily out of stock, which could cause slight delays.
  • Business days do not include weekends or holidays.

Easy Returns & Exchanges

You may return an item for any of the following reasons:

  • You received a defective item.
  • The item initially worked but has since stopped functioning.
  • The product was damaged in transit.
  • You are not satisfied with the item or it was not what you expected.

Return Window

  • You have 30 days from the date you receive your item to request a return — for any reason.

Warranty Claims

  • We process manufacturer warranty claims on your behalf. Please contact us before returning any item under warranty.

Return Shipping Costs

  • The buyer is responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or damaged in transit.

How Refunds Are Issued

  • If the item is new, unopened, and in original packaging, a refund is issued to your original payment method (credit card or PayPal).
  • If the item has been used or is not in resellable condition (e.g. due to sanitary concerns), store credit is issued.
  • Initial shipping charges paid by the customer are refundable up to the value of standard shipping.

  • Reason for return
