Placing an Order
How can I confirm my order?

After placing your order and clicking "Purchase," you will see an order number with the status “Pending Fulfillment.” You will also receive a confirmation email. If you don’t see it, check your spam folder or contact us.

Can my order be gift-wrapped?

We currently do not offer gift-wrapping services.

Can I purchase a gift card?

Gift cards are not available at this time.

Can I add or change items in my order after it is placed?

Orders cannot be modified once placed. If your order has not yet shipped, we can cancel it so you can place a new one.

Can I cancel my order?

Orders can be canceled if they have not yet shipped. Otherwise, they must be returned upon delivery.

Do you offer any discounts?

How do I apply a discount code?

Enter the discount code at checkout under the “Order Summary” section and click “Apply.”

Shipping & Delivery
How do I check my order status?

You will receive an order confirmation email followed by a shipping notification with tracking details.

Do you ship internationally?

JRLUSA.com currently ships within the U.S. only. International customers should purchase from authorized distributors in their country or region.

What should I do if my package is lost or stolen?

File a claim with the shipping provider and contact us ASAP to assist in arranging a replacement or refund.

Returns & Exchanges
Can I return my order?

Returns are accepted within 30 days if the item is unused and in its original condition. Return shipping is the buyer’s responsibility, unless the product is defective or damaged in transit.

How long does it take to process a refund?

Refunds are processed within 10 business days after we receive your return.

Can I exchange my product?

Exchanges are available only for defective products within the first 30 days. Contact us for assistance.

Warranty & Authorized Dealers
Is my JRL warranty valid if I buy from Amazon, eBay, or other online marketplaces?

Only if the seller is anauthorized JRL dealer. Many third-party marketplace sellers are unauthorized, and purchases from them arenot covered under warranty.

How can I check if a seller is authorized?

Email us atinfo@jrlusa.com with the seller’s name or website, and we’ll confirm for you.

What happens if I buy from an unauthorized seller?

Products purchased from unauthorized sellers may beused, counterfeit, or tampered with. They arenot covered by JRL’s warranty, and JRL is not responsible for defects, damages, or performance issues.
